We’d like you to be happy with your service from FUTURETV. Should you change your mind about your subscription, know that you can cancel at any time or request a refund under certain conditions.

If for ANY reason you decide this service is not for you, just let us know within 48 hours of purchase and we’ll give you a 100% refund.

How to cancel FUTURETV

You can cancel your FUTURETV account at any time.

NOTE:

This is the only way to cancel your account and end your membership. Signing out of your account or deleting the FUTURETV app doesn't cancel your account.
WHEN MEMBERSHIP STOPS:
You won't be charged again unless you restart your account. If you cancel with time left in your billing period, you can use FUTURETV until the account cancels automatically at the end of the billing period.
IF YOU DON’T SEE AN OPTION TO CANCEL:

If you don't see the cancellation option in your account under your subscription, you'll need to email us at support@fututretvnow.com.

Canceling before the end of billing cycle:

If you cancel with time left in your billing period, you can use FUTURETV until end of the billing period.

rejoining FUTURETV:

You can restart your FUTURETV account at any time.

Preventing others from restarting your account:

To make sure that no one in your household can restart FUTURETV account without your permission, we recommend that you change your password after canceling your membership. This will change your current password and sign out any devices where your account may still be signed in.
